What is the Ecclessiastical Deep State?

The Ecclessiastical Deep State is the entity described in Revelation 13:11, that looks like a lamb. It has two horns, the Roman Catholic Deep State and the Protestant Deep State. But it speaks as a serpent.

It is not easy to determine how Christendom divides into two factions, and the final reality at the time of the end may be modified from what I suggest here. Nevertheless, I find it a useful paradigm for describing the main heresies of Christendom concerning the gospel. So my current reasoning is thus. It is the false gospels which give the false lamb the power over the nations. And there appear to be two basic false gospels one is ritualistic and sacramental and the other is Gnostic and doctrinal. So using this criteria we should include the Eastern Orthodox with the the Vatican under the classification of sacramental. On the Gnostic wing I place the dissenting Christendom, generally in the mold of Reformed Theology. There are many gradations between the two gospels. For example the Lutheran element has a good deal of the sacramental left in it.

A Deep State is a bureacracy whose loyalty is to money and power. The EDS controls the major Bible Translations, and exercises deep influence via its traditions over all but an insignificant number of translators. They are the proverbial white hats, but in reality they work for the same master as the black hats. Many teachers, even among Messianics cannot get free of the false teachings of the EDS because they still rely on EDS translations of Scripture. The black hats are the secular political powers. The EDS seeks temporal power, and therefore supports the political factions supporting it. The EDS does not wait for the kingdom of Messiah or the restoration of Israel, and seeks power outside the promised kingdom.

The EDS is characterized by a mixture of pagan and Scriptural elements. Early in the history of the Church, the EDS started out with the Gnostic movement, which became the majority of Christianity. When the excesses of Gnostic Christianity became too extreme to sell to the nations, Gnostic Christianity was reformed to become the pre Vatican Catholic Church. Then in the 11th century the later Church split into Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholic Churches. And then in the 16th century, the Roman Catholic Church split again to form the Protestant Church, which is really a return to Gnostic arguments. Each time the Church split, it was considered to have split into two parts. But both parts were corrupt, and still speak with the voice of the serpent. The EDS opposes the divine Law, the Torah. It replaced the Sabbath with Sunday, and introduced false gospels that are not based on faithfulness to Messiah, but two that are based on adherence to doctrinal beliefs or rituals like baptism.

But different parts of the EDS are corrupt in different ways. Some parts remain more Scriptural on certain points and some less. Because it still retains some truth, the EDS is attractive to the nations and many converts are made. Some of the converts really do discover enough of the truth to have a genuine personal fidelity to Messiah Yeshua. But they are unable to question the traditions of the EDS. Eventually the EDS will become so corrupt that it will become the woman that rides the Political Beast in Revelation 17. This is Mystery Babylon. Mystery Babylon is the Church that causes, and will cause Christinaity to serve the Political Beast. The faithful are warned to come out of Mystery Babylon lest they should receive from the divine judgement that is coming on it.

In order to get free of Mystery Babylon, the faithful must stop using resources produced by Mystery Babylon which are based on its traditions and limited by its false doctrines. The faithful must realize that even if a translator truly follows Messiah, insofar as he or she fails to question key translations, and just receives them as true, then they will simply repeat the errors of the EDS. As Israel failed to question the Gibeonites and made a covenant with them, so also even faithful translators fail to question the received narrative. They fail to truly ask the Almighty to bring a resolution to questions. And for this reason the EDS is perpetuated, and will be perpetuated except for a remnant that the Most High will receive who flee from it. And finally in the end, Messiah will have to allow the Political Beast to destroy the EDS.

And sadly, even when some of the faithful begin to grasp the deceptions, they are mostly slandered by the EDS, and they they are cast into fear of the EDS and persecuted. They are censored and cut off. These are the methods by with the EDS keeps its hegemony. And this will last until the Most High is ready to rescue the remnant from the nations when he restores the kingdom of Israel.

Christians who are embedded in the EDS believe they are doing the work of God, and sometimes they are, but at the same time they are feeding and nurturing the EDS, and most often they are teaching a false gospel, a believe only gospel, a baptism gospel. Only a few realize the true good news, almost by accident or because the Most High has mercy and shows it to them. And almost every professor of Christianity who has taken any time or effort to read Scripture has some beef or some issue that they disagree with against the EDS. And anyone who is a genuine follower of Messiah can see some part of the corruption. If they could only complete their investigation, they would find that the EDS is actually working for Satan.

The EDS perpetuates ignorance of the Most High, and this ignorance degrades the mind, and also the body. It shortens life and causes actual destruction of people. It feeds sin, and sin destroys lives. For this reason most of the true faithful are too poor to effectively challenge the EDS and reform it. They are poor of knowledge and poor of education, and do not realize the extent to which the EDS is keeping them physically and spiritually in poverty. The EDS will not ever be reformed nor will its majority influence ever cease until the Most High allows the Political Deep State to destroy it in the time of the end.

But the Most High will raise up his deliverance. He will return a remnant to Israel, and there the EDS will be removed from its power over the remnant. May we be blessed to receive it. He who has ears should hear what the Spirit says to the Assemblies.
